glass door in energy plus euclid

My model requires glass doors, but my attempt to use a window construction for the door results in a sever error because it energy plus will not recognize the window construction materials in a "door" fenestration construction .

Is there a way to model the glass door as a door or is it ok to lable the door as a window?

As a work around, I thought I could rename the door surface as a window (by leaving 1/2" of wall surface at the bottom of the "window"). I assume that since the material is the dominant feature of the surface, this would be acceptable.

Interested in any feedback for the best way to approach creating a glass door in Euclid/EnergyPlus.
