Hi everybody, I would like to calculate PMV (predicted mean vote) for my primary school, and I need to choose a work efficiency schedule which unfortunately I do not know what that is exactly. -I am going to choose "primaryschool bldg Occ" from schedule which demonstrated in the link below for summer

My question is that why this amount is ZERO in winter (as showed in image-2)? Is it correct?
