Missing Ruby - Ruby could not be located, simulation aborted

Hi, I'm new on Open Studio and I've encountered a problem that I can't solve. I created a model on SketchUp, but when I launch Open Studio and try to run the simulation I get the following window of error "Missing Ruby - Ruby could not be located, simulation aborted". What can I do to fix it?
