Thermal storage stratified, source side inlet/outlet temperature

Hi everyone.

I've done modeling with the openstudio and Energyplus idf editior, so now checking the results whether the plant loops work well or not. I have a one chiller, one thermal storage, two fan coil units and two heat exchangers(fluid to fluid). chiller can charge thermal storage through the heat exchanger and also one of fan coil units. When thermal storage is charged during the charge schedule, it can discharge to another fan coil unit also through the heat exchangers (fluid to fluid).

After Energyplus simulation run, I checked all the loops have temperature differences except the thermal storage source side inlet/outlet temperature. Now In my modeling results, thermal storage source side's inlet temperature and outlet temperature has a perfectly same temperature.

Is it possible result? or am I missing something to concern? Anyone has experienced this problem?
