How to model so-called smart-ceilings?

Everything is "Smart" nowadays... A pre-manufactured piece of equipment which combines radiant panels with active beams: big surface area with low temperature heating-cooling with air blown above it, got heated-cooled and reach the space through perforation of slots in the panel. 2 difficulties: radiant heating-cooling in EnergyPlus must be connected to surfaces. This is not the case - panels are hanging below the slab, they work rather like baseboards. The second: how to calculate air treatment in such construction? Even if we have some data from the manufacturer, what type of the objects would be suitable for that in E+?
