Outdoor air load no return air

hi,does anyone who can help me to solve this problem? I confused for a long time. how to calculate the cooling and heating load (annual consumption). at present, my way is establish a single room building + CAV AHU system template. to calculate the energy consumption, I entered 0 m3/s,1 m3/s,2 m3/s,5 m3/s,10 m3/s... then compare the difference of the result. I think the result should be proportional, because the house and internal gain always the same. only change the outdoor air. the energy consumption should be proportional with the outdoor air, right? but the result told me that my thinking is not correct, every time I add same outdoor air, the difference become more and more bigger, there is no rule with the result. is this the right method to simulate? or there is a better way to simulate? very appreciate.
