Baseboard heater problem

I'm currently using Openstudio 1.14.

My original model was running just fine. But sometimes when I make infiltration or envelope changes, I get this error:

* Severe * DistributeBBRadGains: excessive thermal radiation heat flux intensity detected * ~~~ * Surface = SURFACE 444 * ~~~ * Surface area = 8.461E-003 [m2] * ~~~ * Occurs in ZoneHVAC:Baseboard:RadiantConvective:Water = ZONE HVAC BASEBOARD RAD CONV WATER 5 * ~~~ * Radiation intensity = 5491.08 [W/m2] * ~~~ * Assign a larger surface area or more surfaces in ZoneHVAC:Baseboard:RadiantConvective:Water

Removing the relevant hot water baseboard heater solves the error, but I'd rather not do that since I intentionally modeled perimeter radiator heating for the entire building. The error seems to only happen in spaces where I have large window panes that take up nearly an entire base surface, and I can get rid of this error by shrinking the window slightly, but I would also prefer not to do that as it's not realistic for what I'm trying to represent in the model. Is there anything else I can do about this issue?
