energy consume for 100% outdoor air

I have built a model to simulate the energy consume of 100% outdoor air. after I finished the model, I started to simulate. for the first time, I input 0.5m3/s in design specification:outdoor air, then 1 m3/s, 1.5m3/s, 2m3/s. I find that the energy use didn't change multiply depend on the outdoor air variation. does anyone who can tell me the problem or the right way to simulate it?
