why Sensible Cooling load become smaller after add AC system?

I have a question. when I finished my building model and calculate the ideal air load, the result of "Zone Sensible Cooling-user design load per area" shows 100 W/m2. Then I added an AHU with DOAS system, automatically calculate, the result shows Zone Sensible Cooling is 80 w/m2 smaller than before. I wonder why the sensible cooling load become smaller? (PS the sensible heating didn't change). appreciate someone can answer this question. thank you!
