Tariff Selection Time and Date Dependent measure failure OS 2.2.0

I'm running into a fatal error with the Tariff Selection Time and Date Dependent measures in OpenStudio 2.2.0, exact error text copied below. None of the "Tariff Selection Time and Date Dependent..." measures work, all of them throw this error. They all work in OS 1.1X versions without issue.
