Does the supply air flow rate include the amount of air come in the room through natural/mechanical ventilation

i am a new user of Energyplus and Openstudio. Currently, i am calculating the cooling load of single zone room using ideal air load setting. i am noticed i also specified the configuration of natural and mechancal ventilation to the zone. After i do the zone sizing with the summer design day, i can obtain the time varying supply air flow rate. i am curious if the value of supply air flow rate include the amount of air through natural/mechanical ventilation to the room. Hope some one can help me with this , Thanks a lot!
