ice storage in openstudio does not change results

Hi, I am trying to see the impact of ice storage. I added a ice storage in the chiller loop supply side, in parrallel to chiller. However, when I re run the model, it does not chagne the results compared to without ice storage. Is there any control I need to implement? Thanks
