Cannot find unmet load hours measure

Hello all,

I am currently using Openstudio 1.14 on a Windows computer. I've been having some problems with unmet hours in the model- the simulation result says there's 2715 unmet heating hours, even with the tolerance set to 1.8 degrees (F). I've downloaded the 'unmet load hours troubleshooting' measure from the BCL, but it doesn't show up in the available measures list (under reporting) when I go to run it. Does anyone know why this is happening? And since the measure is also available for download from the BCL website, is there some way that I can 'manually' download the file and put it in the correct Openstudio-related folder so that I can run it?
