How to use EnergyPlus Weather Converter to split global radiation?

Hi,

I’m actually have some difficulties to use the Weather Converter to split the global into direct normal and diffuse horizontal values.

I read on the Auxiliary Programs document and on Unmet hours on these posts:

Link 1: Which data from the weather file is used by OpenStudio to run radiance simulations

Link 2: How can I use EnergyPlus weather converter to split global radiation in to direct normal and diffuse horizontal radiation

Unfortunately, I didn’t understand how to proceed.

In my case, I have global values from an extern file and I want to split it with the Weather Converter.

Someone has an easier way to explain how to proceed?

Thank you,
