Operate windows in Modelica

Hello,

do you if there is any component available in the BUILDINGS library in Modelica, to operate windows (open or close) according to the outside conditions? I am looking at an exercise where I will model a house, and based on the outside condition I will operate in natural or mechanical mode. I know that this can be implemented by coupling EnergyPlus and modelica, but I am interested in using Modelica solely.

Thanks, Charalampos
