Automated Dewpoint Temperature Control for Radiant Floor System

This is a progression from my previous question about condensation forming on the floor surface of a radiant cooling system. I am trying to set up some sort of automated control of dewpoint temperature in each zone to be 1.1 C below the zone floor temperature. This will hopefully will optimize the dehumidification process so that I'm not spending any extra energy removing humidity from the space than is necessary. I've read several posts like this, but haven't found anything that will directly control the dewpoint temperature. I've also read into the input-output reference for ways to control zone dewpoint temperature, but haven't found anything that can be applied directly to a ZoneHVAC:Dehumidifier:DX. I am tempted to setup an EnergyManagementSystem with a dewpoint zone sensor, floor temperature sensor and an actuator to adjust the relative humidity (dehumidification) schedule going to the humidstat to decrease in steps of 5% once the dewpoint temperature comes within 1.1 C of the floor temperature.

I have two questions:

  1. Is there a way to directly control the dewpoint temperature of a room through setpoint managers associated with a dehumidifier?
  2. If setpoint managers do not exist, does anyone have any warnings about my proposed creation of an EMS system to accomplish the goal of controlling dewpoint? The part I am least confident about is the adjustment of the relative humidity schedule, since the optimal relative humidity would be different for each hour of the year...
