Is anyone aware of any institution or individual who is compiling HVAC performance curves?

I've been tasked by a local utility company to derive performance curves for newer types of HVAC equipment, some of them from non-US manufacturers. Before I plow into this, I would like to know whether anyone knows of a collection of performance curves, either generic or by actual brand name, that I can review or steal, whatever the case that be.

I remember for a while Mike Hydeman had a Cool Tools project from PG&E, but I doubt it's been updated for quite a number of years. Also, I know that the (California) DEER data base includes a lot of equipment curves, but one reason I've been tasked is for equipment that ISN'T in the DEER data base yet.

Does anyone know of any other efforts out there? BTW, I'm completely agnostic as to whether these curves are for DOE-2 , TRNSYS, or EnergyPlus. I'd prefer DOE-2, because that's what my boss wants done, but it's not that hard to convert from EnergyPlus to DOE-2 and vice-versa.
