LEED Commercial Interior CI v2009 EAc1.3

Hello everyone, I have some questions about LEED CI v2009 energy model with eQuest. Hope someone could give me some advises or comments.Thanks! 1. To conform, the baseline building should be modeled based on Ashrae 90.1 -2007 Chapter 11 ECB for LEED 2009 CI EAc1.3 Option 2, path 1 or 2 (It seems LEED v4 version needs to base on Appendix G.) 2. The existing building is core and shell with 13 levels, and the CI portion is only 1 level of them (The 8th floor). For CI energy model, do I only need to set up the CI portion (only 1 level)? The proposed system is DOAS fan powered terminal, how to distribute the AHU’s energy to only one floor and setup the system correctly? How to setup chillers, cooling towers and boilers? 3. For CI energy model EAc1.3, does the credit only care about heating, cooling and fans/pumps energy? Does heat rejection energy need to include? How to distribute pumps energy to only 1 floor since the chilled water pumps and hot water pumps serve the whole building.
