IdealLoadsAirSystem combined with heating object in EnergyPlus

Is it possible to combine the object IdealLoadsAirSystem with a heater such as ZoneHVAC:Baseboard:Convective:Electric? I have looked at ZoneHVAC:EquipmentList, but the IdealLoadsAirSystem do not have an object name and thus it cannot be referenced.

The model is intented for conceptual energy modelling in a scenarie in which there is district heating, vav and baseboard heating. Therefore the results should not reflect an increased airflow rate in winter in order to heat the zones, but instead the output should be an idealized heating effect from a convector/radiant object.

The model is intented intended for conceptual energy modelling modeling in a scenarie scenario in which there is district heating, vav VAV and baseboard heating. Therefore the results should not reflect an increased airflow rate in winter in order to heat the zones, but instead the output should be an idealized heating effect from a convector/radiant object. object.
