Can i run open stio-sketch up model with only assigning thermal zone to the building?what else do i need to provide.?

I have assigned the entire model on 1 thermal zone so that i can run my model in order to generate the window to wall ratio . However the simulation is showing error messages and is always showing "failed" at 75 %.
