Window with time dependent SHGC and no angular property needed

I would like to perform a building simulation with one window have it SHGC value defined by another external program. This SHGC value is time dependent and computer for the correct window orientation.

Is there a way to define a time dependent SHGC value and set the angular properties calculation to zero?
