How to establish Envelope load for a zone/building

Hi,

I am trying to establish the Building Envelope Peak Heat Gain Factor in W/m2 for the building or zone i.e. heat gain through conduction from roof, walls, glass, and solar heat gain from glass for the peak time of the year in which maximum cooling will be required. So I have generated the hourly report with the following variables

1)Walls, Roofs, Ceilings (int), Floors, (int), Floors (ext), Ground floors, Partitions (int), Doors and vents gain variable - "Opaque Surface Inside Face Conduction"
2)Solar Gains Exterior Windows: "Zone Transmitted Solar" 3)Glazing heat gain : "Window Heat Gain [W] – Window Heat Loss"

and then adding 1+2+3 to arrive at total envelope load. Is this the correct approach? or I just need to add 1+3 ?

Regards
