Heat Exchanger Heat Pump

Hello All,

I have a heat exchanger that I am not quite sure how to model in EnergyPlus. I have inserted an image below: image description

(the blue arrows represent water movement and the black arrows air movement)

Basically I have two heating coils heating up the outdoor air as it comes in, and two cooling coils cooling the exhaust air as it leaves. This is a dedicated outdoor air system so there is no air mixing. The part that I am not sure about is the heat pump and water side of this model. In order for it to work correctly I need to move the hot water and cold water around the same loop, not only that but I also need to put a heat pump in to cool and heat it slightly as it passes through.

Does anyone have any thoughts on a good way to model this water loop? Also can I model heating and cooling coils in series rather than in parallel on the water side?
