My hot water loop includes a heat recovery chiller to help heating. Based on the E+ example file "HeatRecoveryChillerElectric", the source side of WaterHeater:Mixed is connect to chiller heat recovery side, and its use side is located in the supply side of Hot Water Loop. It means the heat recovery chiller and boiler are in parallel. However, the boilers seem not work at all. How should I set up control so that the system will use heat recovery chiller for heating first, then use boiler?
