how to model an interlock between DOAS and highbay doors in openstudio

I am modeling a building that has two high bay spaces. The building is served by a VRF/DOAS system. The high bay areas are heating only and are taking transfer air from the rest of the building. When the doors are open, the air flow from the DOAS system is cut in order to reduce this transfer air to zero. What is the best way to model this in OpenStudio? Could I co-opt DCV controls perhaps?

Open to suggestions for manipulating the idf as well.
