GenOpt 3-1-1 installation problem

Hi everyone, I am trying to set up GenOpt 3-1-1 in a Windows-7 machine but the installation process stops with the following error message: "This directory can not be written! Please choose another directory!"

I have installed Java JRE and tried to install GenOpt in a different directory than the 'Program Files' directory but neither attempt worked.

Any pointer is appreciated. Thank you in advance.
