Interior doors for PMVstudy in openstudio

I am studying Predicted Mean Vote (PMV) of a school.Since when I create interior doors I have some issues in os and also its time consuming for running simulation. I would like to know that can I ignore interior doors and do not create them in my os model, would it decrease the accuracy of the pmv result? and if it would decrease, is this a significant decrease or not?
