How to model a (independed) heating source in EnergyPlus?

In energyplus, can one add an object that simply insures that the room temperature is never below a minimum?

Like a node from which heat is flowing into the zone.. Convection, radiation, both or just one, i'm not looking for surface temperature, just room temperature.

The zoneHVACbaseboard types does work for me..
