No cooling from PTHP

I have developed this model and have almost no cooling at all but satisfactory heating energy use. I therefore used Ideal Air Loads in running the model and there was cooling. Also, i checked the airflow through the nodes from Results Viewer when I had a PTHP and there was zero flow rate for cooling months but when IDEAL Air Load was used there was adequate flow rate. What could I be missing? I suspect something is blocking the airflow.
