Problem with insterting my own values to OpenStudio

Hello, I have problem with inserting my own values when I want to change values for example in "Luminaire Definition". I can put integers, but I can't put numbers with comma or dot. And I have Windows 8.

I have seen similar problem with construction materials here: https://unmethours.com/question/12233/creating-new-construction-materials/

and I think it is the same problem. How to solve this, because in this topic there isn't clear answer? Or how to change in manually in text editor?
