I would like to add a monthly electric utility charge to an OS 1.9 model. This is a flat rate $65/month commercial electric utility charge in addition to all the $/kW demand charges and $/kWh rates. I do not see a way to do this using any of the tariff measures, or on the utility bIlls tab under the site section. Is there a way to do this? I'm thinking there might be a way under the utility bills tab, by creating an electric utility bill without any energy use or peak and entering the year total cost.
