OSM:model results don't vary during summer for commercial Building

OSM model of the commercial building I am working on gave me zone wise results which on comparison with actual data recorded gave huge gaps. I have added loads and weather conditions and was expecting the profiles to be similar with less than 20% gaps. However, my zone cooling energy are not varying from winter to summer for Orlando-Florida. I have attached one zone comparison here. Can someone help me out nailing the error in my model.

I did the same model on HAP and was able to get reasonable results. OSM gives me more flexibility so I move to OS. But now can't figure out where the issues is. The flatter curve is from OS model whereas the peak profile is from actual field data. image description

Don't see much variation from summer to winter. Also zone 2 is showing huge energy demand than the rest.
