On what basis I should select 3 latitude cities for simulations?

-Sky condition changes -sun's angle changes

But on what basis i can take 3 latitudes?? - is there a theory of change in inclination is prominent with 4 degree change in latitude?? Please help

I have to select 3 cities for daylight performance.
