Trying to understand Ventilation by Wind and Stack with Open Area

Hello,

I'm trying to understand the Energy Plus calculation for Ventilation by Wind and Stack with Open Area. I've checked the energyplus documentation, and tried to implement the same calculation in a spreadsheet based on my weather file, and the zone temperature predicted by E+. I can't seem to get the numbers to match up. I've attached my idf and sql files, my spreadsheet, and my weather file, and would really appreciate if someone more experienced could take a look and help me understand where the difference is coming from.
