Night Cycling in OpenStudio

I want to apply night cycling in my OpenStudio model. My AHU (HVAC Operation Schedule) is scheduled from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM with the occupied setpoint. My outdoor air schedule is from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (I want 30% outdoor air during this period and no outdoor air at other times). I need the HVAC to be off from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM unless the setback temperature is violated. What should my applicability schedule be for night cycling? Should it be 1 from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM and 0 for the other hours?
