IDF Version Updater - TransitionV-x-x-to-V-x-x.exe files?

Trying to update some IDFs, have a new installation on a new laptop. The IDF Version Updater is saying I don't have transition.exe files, says to go to energyplus.gov and click Add-Ons, but that doesn't appear to be a site anymore. Anyone know where I'm supposed to get these files? I haven't had this issue in the past.

Yes, that site is no longer active. All the files you need are at:

By the way, this was fixed in the recent release of EnergyPus 24.1 in this change:
