Can you narrow down the issue?

  • is it only the SketchUp plugin (SU) that crashes?
  • can you instead open/import the same .osm file with the OpenStudio Application (App)?
  • ... and can you successfully run a simulation with the App?
  • what's the version number of the .osm file you're trying to open with SU?
  • you've installed both the App (v1.6.0) and the CLI/SDK (v3.6.1)?
  • ... the App already comes with the CLI/SDK (FYI)

thank you for answering! the problem is the sketchup would Unexpected quit when i try to open a osm or idf file, But other operation goes well, and i can open the same osm flie which i export from my SU. and the simulation was okay to go the application version is 1.6.0 and SDK(v3.6.1) both right and there are all download from openstudio.net . The app is already comes with the SDK Its a very strange issue , cause i have the same environment as my friend, and they are fine with everything but i would always meet a problem when open osm file. it might be problem with the LENOVO system??

You don't need a separate installation of SDK v3.6.1; it comes with the App v1.6.0. Having both on your PC shouldn't be an issue. But as you're struggling, I'd uninstall the SDK and try @mdahlhausen's suggestion. It's not the App (as you've tested), so the issue is either SU or the plugin. Consider uninstalling/reinstalling both. If the issue remains, you could try your luck with Trimble support. Otherwise, maybe file a bug report.
