Per this post, I am trying to retrieve and/or view the data associated from a "Add Output Variable" OpenStudio (OS) Measure in OpenStudio. I felt pretty stupid after I inserted a measure for the variable "Zone Total Internal Total Heating Rate" and spent an hour in the results summary looking for results in both "OpenStudio Results" and "Energyplus Results." Based on the post I linked to, it looks like I cannot view the data via the Results Summary tab in OpenStudio.

As far as I understand it, the only way I can view results from a "Add Output Variable" OpenStudio measure is by:

  1. DesignBuilder's Results Viewer
  2. A OS Measure on Slack from the post I referenced (I cannot access this link from my computer due to IT restrictions).
  3. Another OS Measure directly from the post that is best for just one measure. The link is broken.

Does that sound correct? I assumed that I'd somehow be able to access the measures' results via somewhere in the OS Results Summary tab.

I was able to find these variables in the eplusout.eso file.

This video shows how to convert that file to a .csv: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EA8yS...
