T24 CBECC 2022 Multifamily Error: RetrieveCSVValue(), Undefined Data, Division by Zero
Working on a 4-story multifamily with a very small tenant office space (hence not modeled as a separate non-res building story). I just finished clearing some geometry errors but now getting new set of errors. I have gone through all the inputs on envelope & mechanical tabs to see if any assignment is wrong or any data is missing or if there are any 0 cfms, but still unable to find what might be causing especially #3,4. Any insights into what I should be doing to fix all these errors would be greatly appreciated.
Software version - CBECC 2022.3.0 (1302)
These 7 errors mentioned below appear many times causing over 160 errors before the program can simulate -

Hi Shruti, I recommend submitting your model to CBECC support: cbecc@energy.ca.gov
Hi Shruti,
have you looked at the MF example files with CBECC and setup your office-zone in a similar way? on it's own system (based in COM components) and the residential units on their own systems (based in RES Components).
Without knowing the exact components, it does read as if it is an error in the commercial system components, based on the AirSys AirSeg, and the HtPumpCO17 tag as well.
David - I did submit it to CBECC support. However, they often atleast take a day to respond and i was in search of measures that I can try sooner. I also plan to add the answer here once i find a resolution to help anyone else that might come across similar errors. Neil - I followed the example files (MF88Unit_5Story_Elec-CZ12) during setup. In my model, the non res spaces like tenant office and other common ares like facility manager office, break-room, community room, lobby are all modeled with their own system like in CBECC-COM. The HtPumpCOP17 error seems to be for Baseline.
We did have some similar errors in 2022.3 and strangely enough, 2022.1.2 worked. It is a strange exercise, though you might try the older version of the software as a test to see if the baseline system converges.
Thanks for the suggestion Neil. I just tried what you suggested and this time I am getting error code 11. It says 'Data classified by the compliance rule-set as compulsory not defined for ResIAQFan', for an unconditioned zone whose ventilation space function is unoccupied and has no exhaust requirement. This version also automatically created ResIAQFans for a bunch of zones that are unconditioned (elec riser, pump room, stairs, elevator). A lot of strange IAQ fans related warning as well. Did you also have similar issues when running the 2022.3 model in 2022.2?
