Alternatives to Dview

I am installing E+ in other pc but can't find the installation program for Dview of my original installaton. NREL websites directs me to github, but i dont know how to use github. Can anyone pass me the installation program, or tell me if there is an alternative application? Thanks.

The installer used to be available at I asked on this if the download was removed purposefully or not.

You can try Timestep, which relies on SQLite files rather than ESO files...
