Have you tried the OSM Diagnostic Script on your OS file as described here ?

Could you provide more information about the OS version, E+ version, and operating system? Is this your first Openstudio file that you are trying to create or have you been modeling in the past with no problems?

I have this problem since I updated Openstudio to 1.7.0 version. I have E+ V8.1, Windwos 7 64 bits. I never had this problem with OS 1.6.0.
