When I open large offce building Idf file that is obtained DOE commercial reference building, "Too many fields for object: FenestrationSurface:Detailed" error message is occured. In that message, the error may be fixed by adding semi-colon at the end line. But there is semi-colon at refered line. Version of large office building is 7.2 before I convert version to 9.6 by using IDFVersionUpdater. How can I fix it?

Are you getting this message if you try to open the IDF file in the IDF Editor? In that case the issue is that there are more Fenestration Objects then can be displayed by the IDF editor using the default settings. You will need to count the number of fenestration objects you have in the IDF file and the go increase the number of fields in the .IDD file in the E+ install folder. The you will be able to open it in IDF editor. However this will not affect conversion from one version to another so I am not sure whats the connection there
