Good morning, I'm simulating a greenhouse in openstudio. It's possible to use the options "Materials roof Vegetation" also for the floor in order to simulate the evapotranspiration? Thank you

Challenging. As mentioned here, its core energy budget model is derived from Frankenstein & Koenig's FASST (US Army CoE), which initially deals with vehicle and personnel movement over vegetated soils. For instance, there are height adjustments (convection) with respect to soil/canopy, precipitation (including snow), etc. One thought would be to harness EMS actuators (e.g. corrections to greenhouse precipitation, air movement, solar contribution). Look for weather data actuators. Not sure for UV lamps, if applicable. One would ideally need to calibrate such variable adjustments to measured data.
