Can't create new account as there's no login option in https://openstudio.net/downloads. Is it not working?

The website doesn't have user logins anymore. You can download the OpenStudio SDK and PAT without a login. The OpenStudio Coalition maintains and hosts installers for the OpenStudio Application and the OpenStudio SketchUP Plugin. The download link in your post has links to the OpenStudio Coalition website.

Thanks David, Its working now.! I was missing the application file. I will let you know if I run into any further trouble. Any suggestion for a first time user?
