Hi, I am modelling a window in a Very thick wall(70cm). and my Windows Have a setback of(65cm) from the Exterior Side. to produce the Shading and thermal effect I Used a Shading group, but i didn't want any shadows on the adjacent wall or windows.

Does The "Shaded Object Name" in Shading Surfaces' Edit Group Do the trick and somehow Restrict Shadows only to the Window. I noticed it being an almost new addition to Openstudio but couldn't find much about it.

Look into modeling the windows with a WindowProperty:FrameAndDivider object (details here) to specify reveal depth, rather than using shading objects. A guide to using these in OpenStudio can be found here.
