I am running a sensitivity analysis using the Morris method in jEPlus+EA, and I have defined my parameters, outputs and objectives but no constraints are defined. My question is, do I must define constraint? if yes, can you please describe it in simple words? Thanks

No, you don't have to define constraints if you don't have any in the problem you are investigating.
