The error: Severe * invalid stoi argument*was obtained. EnergyPlusV22-1-0 was used to ran the simulation. The weather file was downloaded fromClimate.OneBuilding.Org. If the weather is change to one downloaded from EnergyPlus weather data it wont get the error.

A similar issue was submitted on May 10 (fixed/committed/merged on May 26). As E+ v22.1.0 was released on March 29, you may want to try the workaround described in the initial issue description:

Rename the stat file so that EnergyPlus cannot find it. The simulation will complete, but the Weather Statistics File subtable of the Climatic Data Summary table output will be empty.

The answer given by Denis is correct, for now.

We asked that a interim release be issued because this was the fault of the EnergyPlus program but none has. However, I believe it is corrected for the next release.
