I want to simulate pv panels on building facades to study energy production and shading analysis. These pv should have one or two axis tracking options, so I would like to ask if BEOPT allows for modeling and pv tracking or not? Thanks..

The current version of BEopt (using EnergyPlus v8.8) cannot. However, newer versions of EnergyPlus do support modeling 1-axis and 2-axis PV tracking systems (see here), so it could be added to a future version of BEopt.
