I downloaded Openstudio Results PH unit.
but this file is crashed so Openstudio results (PH-unit) have much
I want to delete it and re-install
how can i delte this bcl

You can delete the directory named BCL under your username on both mac and windows. Then quit and restart whatever interface you are using that is accessing the BCL. The NREl OpenStudio Results should download automatically. You will need to use Find Measures to download additional measures.
I don't know what you mean. where is my username in openstudio application?
@lee Gyong I was refering to the home directory on your computer, which for windows will be something like C:\Users\your-username\BCL and on Mac would be /Users/your-username/BCL
