You would have to manually do this for now, but it wouldn't be that hard to make an OSM to FloorSpaceJS measure or script, in particular if it focuses just on floor and not fenestration (or converts to WWR). It would assume vertical walls and use min ceiling z or max as ceiling height for the space. I do have FloorSpaceJS files for the ASHRAE AEDG zero energy office and multifamily buildings.

@David Goldwasser, I am able to make it manually but for one of the buildings there is one plenum for the entire floor which I cannot make in my floorplan.json file since I have different spaces on the floor and when I assign height of the plenum in the Above ceiling plenum height it will create plenum on the basis of no of spaces on the floor.

You could treat the plenum as a story and not use the FloorSpaceJS plenum feature. To be honest I have not used the FloorSpaceJS plenum feature so not sure how it works (does it make additional zones or does it just add height to a space but not model a plenum zone.

@David Goldwasser It makes additional zones

@David Goldwasser Can you please share the floorplan.json files for prototype buildings? Thanks!

@Rwadhwa910 I don’t have the prototypes, just a plans used for the Office and Multifamily ASHRAE zero energy guide. They are here.
